Young journalist event in the European Parliament

 Orange online is covering this first co-operation between the European Youth Press and the European Parliament where 270 young journalists from all 27 EU-member countries come to Brussels to share ideas and work together from wednesday 27th to Friday 29th of June. The participants really create European media together and share thoughts on European topics. The event is filled with seminars, workshops and parties. Debate on European media at the Hemicycle

Participants of EYMD gathered in the grand Hemicycle on Wednesday evening to listwen to a debate led by five prominent European journalists; Jean Quatremer (Libération), Hajo Friedrich (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung), Lorenzo Cobnsoli (President of Association de Presse International), Sergio Cantone (Euronews TV) and Jaume aDuch Guillot (Media Director in European Parliament).
